Baltpack has three fully electric Arburg injection molding machines with preassure capacity off 25-50 and 100 tons.
- 25 tons machine has 270mm distance between tie bars.
- 50 tons machine has 370mm distance between tie bars.
- 100 tons machine has 470mm distance between tie bars.

We are able to mold LDPE, PP, PA, PC and bio compound materials.
Our fully electrical Airburg machines uses only about half the electricity of traditional hidraulic machines and most of the electricity used is generated by our own solar panels, making our production very environmentally friendly.
We would be happy to offer not only our injection molding services to you, but also we are able to assemble and pack the made products to be fully finished and to send direct to your end customer.
